Charlotte, N.C. – August 13, 2010 - Innovative Solar Solutions, a supplier of solar equipment and packaged systems for government, business, agricultural and home use, has completed a merger with Argand Energy Solutions, a leader in the design and installation of solar energy systems. The new company will operate under the name Argand Energy Solutions, LLC.

In addition to growing Innovative Solar Solutions’ business of providing packaged solar energy systems, this combination allows the companies to expand more rapidly by providing a full-service platform of products and services, including financing and installation services.
