Four Chargers In One!
Finally, there is a way you can recover dead 12-volt lead-acid batteries that up until now were thought to be beyond saving. Presenting the award-winning Pulse Charger®/World Version PLUS from PulseTech — The World Leader In Battery Performance Technology. This revolutionary charger is a necessity for
any facility that services battery problems. It actually combines four chargers in one. It is a state-of-the-art charging system (up to 20 amps) that works with both 12-volt conventional flooded lead-acid batteries and sealed “maintenance- free” batteries, including gel cell. Plus, it also works off
either 110- or 220-volt ac power so it can be used virtually anywhere in the world.
The Pulse Charger also has the ability to recover dead batteries through the use of our patented ReNew-IT Pulse Technology®,the only method known for eliminating the main cause of lead-acid battery failure: sulfation buildup and related problems. Sulfation buildup occurs as lead sulfates form
on the battery plates during the normal charge/discharge cycles. During this process, some of the sulfates enlarge to the point where they can no longer accept energy so they stay on the plate. Over time these sulfates can build up until battery efficiency is reduced and the battery dies. In the past, even the most sophisticated chargers have had little or no success charging batteries with sulfation buildup.
But now the Pulse Charger solves this age-old problem. Using ReNew-IT Pulse Technology, it emits a pulsating dc current into the battery that removes the sulfate deposits from
the plates through the use of a unique Ion Transfer process. Thesulfates then return to the battery acid as active electrolyte. By"cleaning" the battery plates, the Pulse Charger enables dead batteries to once again accept a charge*. When used on a regular basis, it also helps your batteries work harder and last longer than ever before which will reduce battery-related downtime, maintenance and costs. The Pulse Charger is voltage regulated and microprocessor controlled. This unique system will provide all the charge a battery will accept regardless of the rated amp-hour capacity or rated cold cranking amps. It will charge each 12-volt battery to it's optimum level by constantly monitoring the battery and adjusting the charging current accordingly. Then, it automatically shuts off when the battery reaches full charge so it will never harm the battery. The Pulse Charger has two settings: Pulse & Charge and Pulse Only. Since all batteries (even new ones) have some level of sulfation buildup, the Pulse Only setting will clean the plates. The Pulse & Charge setting will then charge the battery while continuing to clean the plates. It also includes a switch in back for sealed gel cell lead-acid batteries. On this setting, non-vented batteries can be safely charged. Order the Pulse Charger/World Version PLUS — the most effective battery charger available and winner of the Innovation Award for Service Shop Equipment at IMTEC (the National Marine Trade Exhibition & Conference).
